Memorial of St Peter Julian Eymard – 2nd August 2023

Today at the cathedral, we will commemorate the Memorial of St Peter Julian Eymard (1811-1868), priest, because we have a church dedicated to this saint within our Cathedral parish boundaries: St Peter Julian’s at Haymarket. St Peter Julian founded the Blessed Sacrament Fathers, and it is a blessing to have their Eucharistic shrine on busy George Street.
